You will find in the table below the amount of fees to be paid in case of cancellation.

You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions on the screen.
If the booking includes booking fees, please note that these fees will not be refunded.
We advise you to cancel the reservation as soon as you have reasons for cancellation.

Cancellation fees

In case of cancellation or no show at the hotel, the first night without extras is charged.

In case of cancellation, if you have paid the entire reservation or part of it online, this amount will be refunded to you after deducting the cancellation fees (with the exception of non-cancellable and non-refundable offers).

Fees

The rates shown include VAT. The city tax and government or local taxes may be charged on arrival at the hotel.

Check-in time / Check-out time

Your room or apartment will be available at the reception from the time indicated below.

On the day of your departure, you will have to leave your room/apartment before the time indicated below. If you do not respect these hours, you may be charged an extra night.

We advise you to use the “Comments or further information” field on the form to indicate the estimated time for your arrival, especially if you plan to arrive late.

Payment and billing currency

No payment will be made. The bank card number is required, but the card will not be charged.
