Children over 14 years old are allowed to use our Spa. We also have, on a regular basis, packages for families, promotions or special times when younger children are allowed to enter, as long as they no longer use diapers.

WHAT IS THE TIME OF THE SPA CIRCUIT?2020-02-24T14:38:37+00:00

The spa circuits last 120 minutes, with the first circuit starting at 10 am and the last day circuit starting at 8 pm.

IS IT NECESSARY TO PROVIDE ANY IDENTIFICATION?2020-02-24T14:39:44+00:00

For accommodation in our unit, we need your identification for internal registration, however and taking into account the privacy of our customers and the professional secrecy to which we are bound, this information will not be provided or used for purposes other than ensuring the security of our clients.

When checking in, you will need to present an identification document before choosing the service. Documents such as identity card, citizen card, driving license or passport will be accepted.

Yes, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Contact the reception through the intercom present in the check in and check out machine. A collaborator will explain all the processes to you. We are here to help you.

IF I EXCEED THE NUMBER OF HOURS I REQUESTED WHAT HAPPENS?2020-02-24T14:45:00+00:00

We give tolerance of 30 minutes. If the grace period is exceeded, the next package is charged.
Example: If you requested a reservation for 2 hours and stayed 2h45, you will be charged 4 hours. If you stay 5 hours you will be charged 12 hours.

In your room you will have a telephone that you can use to call the reception and place your order. The products will be made available through the guardhouse present next to the entrance door of the room.
This method allows full description of the service, with no contact with the hotel employee, if you wish.

Yes. When you are checking in, an indication will appear with several extra accommodation products that you can order.
Your requests will be left in the guardhouse which is next to the bedroom door.
